I am a 23 year old chef with 10 years of experience
I started culinary at 13 years old both working in restaurants and in school. Throughout Highschool I was in a high skills major program where I took culinary classes alongside regular school courses to prepare me for my future in the culinary industry. During this program I won a culinary competition and was awarded a scholarship, after graduating I decided to go to Niagara college for culinary, graduating in 2019 I have been lead and head in kitchens aswell as doing private chef on the side. Culinary is my passion.
