I graduated in Center for Culinary Arts Manila and took a culinary work training in California, USA.
I am Kimberly Mateo, a graduate from Center for Culinary Arts-Manila under the a 2 year program-Diploma in Culinary Arts and Technology Management. I also recently finished my work training at Terranea Resort in California, USA for a year.
I am especially interested in food and cooking and would like to contribute my skills and knowledge in the field of culinary. I am a very goal oriented person and I make sure before serving any dishes, it is well seasoned and beautifully plated. I am eager at the prospect of joining the team, sharing my abilities and helping clients with their needs.
With much interest in food and cooking, I await the opportunity to contribute my abilities and trainings learned from work experiences. During my course and trainings, I have gained strong knowledge essential to my career growth and development especially in the kitchen such as proper food preparation, food safety and sanitation, green chefmanship and interpersonal skills.
