am an international chef cuisine with 18 years of experience in different cuisines (French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Moroccan, Pakistani......), I was in France culinary university ACADEMY ACCOR, 18 years around the worth with famous chef STARTMICHLEN ( Alain Ducasse, Xavie chap, Frere Pourssel, Alino, Flavio...) most of them from France , fine dining Gastronomic cuisine 100%, currently am sous chef executive in Sorella Italian Restaurant in Calgary,(2020- 2021) sous chef Restaurant Una pizza and win 17 ave SW Calgary,(2019-2020) chef cuisine Denckan pube, sous chef Banquet cuisine Vancouver Island BC Tigh Na Mara Resort, 16 years out of canada.
