Private Chef In VancouverOriginally from El Salvador, I have lived and worked in a variety of kitchens in Spain, France, Mexico and now in Canada.
Most notably, I worked in a 3-Michelin star restaurant called Akelarre in Spain under the renowned chef Pedro Subijano. I have also worked at Kuuk in research and development, at Harvest Restaurant (Brooklin, ON) as the catering chef and most recently as a Regional and R&D chef for different concepts of restaurants in Toronto.
I love cooking for people and my goal is to provide interactive food experiences at peoples houses. I would love to work with you to create a custom menu based on you're preference so your event is perfect!
