Private Chef In TorontoOriginally from El Salvador, I have lived and worked in a variety of kitchens in Spain, France, Mexico and now in Canada.
Most notably, I worked in a 3-Michelin star restaurant called Akelarre in Spain under the renowned chef Pedro Subijano. I have also worked at Kuuk in research and development, at La Via Verde restaurant as a Corporate Executive Chef, at Harvest Restaurant (Brooklin, ON) as the catering chef and most recently at the Rec Room as a Sous Chef.
A few friends and I recently started a catering business, where our goal is to provide interactive food experiences in intimate venues. We would love to work with you to create a custom menu so your event is perfect!
