My name is Kate and I started my culinary adventure as a teenager working in a butcher shop in London, Ontario where I learned extensively about meat. From there I have worked all positions as a line cook (prep, pantry, grill and saute). I completed culinary school in 2012 and am approximately 200 hours short of completing my Red Seal. I made a shift from working in fine dining and am now a full time employee working for a public agency. I continue to cook for friends and family utilizing the culinary skills learned in school and in my work experience. I have a passion for feeding people and regularly test my knowledge with new and innovative dishes. I specialize in hearty dishes, gourmet pasta and anything that requires a deep developing of flavour. Menus are always individually developed based on the needs and wants of each client.
