With a rich culinary background cultivated through years of experience, I am a dedicated chef committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. My culinary journey began at North and Navy, celebrated for its exquisite Northern Italian cuisine, followed by a position at the esteemed Fairmont Chateau Laurier, where I continue to refine my skills in delivering top-tier hospitality. Previously, I contributed my expertise to Chop Steakhouse, mastering the art of grilling and contemporary cuisine.
Currently, while excelling in my role at Fairmont Chateau Laurier, I am also completing my studies to obtain my Red Seal certification. This blend of hands-on experience and formal training allows me to craft bespoke menus that highlight the finest ingredients and flavours, ensuring each culinary creation surpasses expectations.
