I am a Red seal chef professionally cooking in the kitchen since 2010, top of the class from elementary until college where I studied Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management. I have worked for great companies like Hyatt, Marriott, Oliver&Bonacini and currently the Head Chef of Moxies in Kelowna.
