Growing up in Italy with a Family that love food, i found my self following the tradition and heritage roots of my family.
After i graduated from one of the most prestigious culinary school in Italy, (Alma), i started working with some of the best chefs of Italy in different regions .
Advancing and mastering my skills had the opportunity to work internationally like Dubai, Franc, Spain, Turkey, Albania, and Canada .
Moved in Nova Scotia in 2014, i was fascinating with this part of the world.
I decided to create my family here and start a new chapter of our life,
My Pasion for food have been growing consistently and have share my experience with many restaurants in Ottawa,
Now i am bringing culinary creativity, flavors, and standard to your plate, elevating taste at one dish at a time ,mixing Pasion and Precision in the kitchen,
