Growing up in Italy with a Family that love food, i found my self following the tradition and heritage roots of my family.

After i graduated from one of the most prestigious culinary school in Italy, (Alma), i started working with some of the best chefs of Italy in different regions .

Advancing and mastering my skills had the opportunity to work internationally like Dubai, Franc, Spain, Turkey, Albania, and Canada .

Moved in Nova Scotia in 2014, i was fascinating with this part of the world.

I decided to create my family here and start a new chapter of our life,

Julian surpassed our expectations. First experience having a personal chef and while it seemed a bit pricey at first - when you consider the quality and quantity of food, attention to detail, right balance of professionalism and engagement and just overall effort to create personalized menu, bring everything, make and serve it and then clean up - well worth it. Would strongly recommend Julian because of all of the above but especially how accommodating and responsive he was. Thank you so much Julian and hope you can create for us again some day!
