Chef Juan Sebastián Rivera Cardenas

Chef graduated in 2019 from la salle collegue, I have worked in renowned establishments such as the William gray hotel, hotel Santa Clara, catering services and mass production of food, however I have been working on my second passion which is fitness in which I have been dedicating myself previously to my work as a chef. I have always been concerned about the output because as we can see many of the modern diseases not to say 90% have a link with the food we carry both physically and mentally, I have studied nutritional I have understanding in it and as in haute cuisine. I have decided to combine both worlds to provide a unique and exceptional service.
