I am a creative, curious and passionate person, always striving to better myself and gain knowledge everyday.
I am a professional chef of 20+ years in the hospitality industry and owner of Belly and the Beast Food Company. Working from a young age in a hotel as a dishwasher I knew right away being chef is what I wanted with my life. Working my way up the chain and through restaurants of different cultures and exploring different cuisines. I have a strong passion for foraging wild Ontario edible plants, fruits and mushrooms. While being intensely driven to use local and sustainable resources to bring you a memorable experience.
