We offer eco-friendly, locally sourced, tailored experiences, based on experience! Our main, 2-person service team alone, has 40 years of service, hospitality and private dining tenure behind us. Aside from the professional aspect of what we have to offer, a hunger for learning, cooking, and finding new ideas through travel is something we pride ourselves on. We have been all over Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and beyond, to bring our clients the best of what we have found on our culinary travels. We have sought out the best tasting foods while traveling around the world, and we are equipped and excited to share it with, and inspire our clients.
We don't just use our local products when we cook, we sing their praises to our guests at their dining table. Our full, experienced and professional service announces and celebrates our dishes to each guest, not just what they are about to enjoy, but where their food came from. From local shops to Canadian farms, one of our goals as a company is to educate our clients on the importance of eating local, and also to expose them to the immediate and vast culinary worlds around them. Our hope is that our clients will learn as they dine, and change their eating and buying habits in a way that positively benefits them, as well as our local and national economies.
