Chef Jeremy Dennis has worked in the hospitality industry for the last eighteen years in a variety of roles, that include but are not limited to: Executive Head Chef (Parquet), Consultant (freelance), Corporate Chef (Collective Arts), Head Chef (Burdock), Sous Chef (Montgomery’s, Chantecler), Bread Baker (Woodlot) and Estagier (Faviken**, Chambre Separee*, Kadeau**, Amass, L’Enclume**, Hart Bageri and more).
He has spent a great deal of time, nearly half of his career, as an Executive Chef, mostly in small restaurant establishments, many of which he was hired and brought on pre-open, giving the unique opportunity to delve into business discussions that most chefs usually get left out of. Beyond his passion for designing and creating great cuisine, he is equally obsessed in brand and concept design, spatial design, team building/structuring, systems development, financial reporting and analysis, and marketing.
