I specialize in French cuisine and love to introduce fusion into my dishes where every ingredient plays its part in making the perfect bite

I am a red seal professional chef with over 25 years experience. I am professionally trained in French cuisine and like to introduce different style of world wide cooking techniques into classic French dishes. Japanese, Caribbean, British and German cuisine style are examples of some of the styles I fuse into classic French cuisine. I am a trained saucier and have worked across Canada from The Chateua Lake Louise in Alberta to Toronto, Ontario. I have trained with professional French, Italian, Japanese and Swiss Chefs through my tenure. I am well versed in fine dining and recently working a lot with Japanese French fusion including sushi and wagyu. I look forward to expanding your taste buds and catering to your needs and desires.
