Chef Jeff Lajos

A bit about me.

Born & Raised in Hamilton, On, I now reside in Woodstock., ON.

I finished my 4 yrs, of schooling at Humber College of AA&T North Campus combining Business Management with Advanced Culinary Arts. Thats took me right into the Four Seasons I.O.T.P Toronto where my first command was Chef Garde Manger of the fine dining Seasons Restaurant. Leaving there with a Chef de Partie designation, my opportunities took abroad in little Bistros, then back West to the Sheraton 4 points Hamilton,Ont as the youngest Restaurant Chef to helm Chagall's Fine dining, Haute Cuisine. I then took myslef to the West coast, to Vancouver. Having several opportinities to work under Great chefs in the top restaurants in the city, and I chose a Sous Chef / Management position at Bridges on Granville Island in Vancouver, and then an opening opportunity in Vernon B.C., and then a Sous Chef position at the Sheraton Plaza Vancouver. After 3 yrs of placements out West, I then head back to Ontario where I reside now continuing my professional development branching out in various business streams within the industry.
