Jassi is extremely personable and easy to converse with, we instantly felt comfortable with him. He is an amazing chef, willing to share his vast knowledge of the foods, flavor combinations and unique techniques. The meal was incredible in taste, variety and appearance. Our evening flowed nicely as we were able to appreciate each course as it was served. Jassi was very comfortable in the kitchen and left it cleaner than when he arrived. We would highly recommend Jassi for your next culinary experience.
