Chef Jason Wilson came from humble beginnings. Being raised by working parents, he spent most of his time with extended family. His grandmother and older cousins, food was farm to table making the best dishes with simple and fresh ingredients; he wanted to be an engineer but destiny had other plans as what was a growing hobby to watch how the family cooked turned into passion for cooking, he is professional chef with seventeen years of culinary experience in some of the finest resorts in Jamaica and the USA he has the knowledge to create dishes from cuisines worldwide.
