Chef Janice was amazing! She was very punctual and professional. Food was ready exactly when she said it was going to be ready. She even engaged with my toddler who wanted her to eat his pretend pancakes! The food was very delicious and presented beautifully. She even accommodated my food sensitivities. From the moment Chef Janice entered our home, we knew we were in for a culinary experience unlike any other. Chef Janice's attention to detail was unparalleled, she crafted a menu tailored perfectly to our tastes. For me the highlight of the evening was the steak, but for my husband was the lamb, which was an absolute revelation. The balance of flavors was exquisite, being an Vegan chef for many years gave her an advantage on managing flavours on an unexpected but yet incredibly delicious way, and the presentation was artful. Each bite was an explosion of taste, leaving us eager for the next one. Chef Janice shared fascinating insights into each dish, and paired them with great wine, which we found very complementing, enhancing our appreciation for the meal. Her warm and engaging personality made us feel like we were dining with a friend. The evening concluded with a decadent but balanced chocolate/caramel dessert that perfectly capped off the meal, leaving us in awe of her talent. Chef Janice was a wonderful chef! She recently cooked dinner for 12 guests in my home. It was a formal affair and she paid incredible attention to detail, followed my every instruction, and presented herself and her team in an extremely friendly and professional manner which was critical for its success. She was on time and well prepared for dinner, also preparing a welcome drink for my guests and printed menus for the table. The food was delicious and beautifully presented with special details on the plate which the guests noticed (like edible gold on her homemade ice cream!) She was flexible and also accommodated some specific dietary preferences with ease (dairy free and avoidance of certain ingredients in her preparation). Her team cleaned up quickly and efficiently afterward. We would most definitely use Chef Janice again and recommend her to others! Thanks Janice!
