I am an experienced home cook with 10+ years of personal and professional experience. I began my career as an ingredient prep cook, followed by a line chef. I then transferred to front of house as a server in fine dining where I learnt how to engage with costumers and describe delicious meals, desserts, wine and spirits to pair with meals. More recently I’ve learnt and implemented grain free, gluten free, dairy free, keto, big 8 allergen free, vegetarian, vegan, meat focus cooking and baking on my resume. My next goal is to acquire a holistic nutrition diploma and continue my education professionally as much as possible.
