I am a Red Seal certified Chef with over 15 years of culinary experience spanning private restaurants across Canada to prestigious luxury hotel brands like Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Growing up in kitchens across the country has given me a profound appreciation for the art of blending individual ingredients into complex and unforgettable creations.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege to cater a wide array of events, from intimate family gatherings to grand social affairs, luxury long table dinners, and unique backyard barbecues. These experiences have exposed me to the limitless diversity of the culinary world, and I am eager to bring my skills and passion to your table.
