I am a career red seal chef. I have trained here in Edmonton and took my technical training at NAIT. I have been a red seal chef for 20+ years and have worked in fine dining restaurants, fishing lodges, camps, small and very large hotels. There is nothing in a kitchen I cannot do. I love all areas of the kitchen and cooking.
