Hi, my name is Issam, a proffesional chef with 6+ years of experience. I'm currently work as a home chef and private chef. I strive making everything fresh from scratch using a high quality ingredients, and create delicious, nutritious meals for myself, my loved ones, as well as my guests.
From working in restaurants in the mountains to working in luxurious hotels, I have aquired a diverse knowledge which allowed me to transfer my passion into my plates. My favorite cuisines are Italian, French, and Moroccan. But I also enjoy other cuisines such as Spanish, and Middle eastern.
