A passionate Italian spreading love thru food.

Born and raised in Italy.

Chef Ilaria’s culinary career started at the age of 18 working at Rogers arena (formerly known as (GM place ) catering for the suites and the hockey team .

She worked her way up the restaurant industry by learning from some of the greatest chefs in Vancouver .

2016 at coast hotels working for chef Shelly Robinson is where her banqueting skills took off

She then in 2018 moved over to the metropolitan hotel

(Diva at the met ) to work her magic along side Chef Ken galley.

while still working at the met she

took on a huge Roll as Sous chef for chef hawksworth .(2019)

Once in the managerial role she moved on to learn about volume becoming the Sous chef at the grand villa casino taking on thousands nightly .

In 2021 she worked up enough experience and landed the roll as executive chef for the shangri la

Hotel Vancouver.

She is now the owner of Ila’s catering and ready to cater all your events!
