My goal has always been to find ways to elevate comfort food and it’s something I passionately practice doing!
I moved to Canada when I was 19 and went to culinary school in niagara, where I gained knowledge in the food and wine industry, after which to polish my skills and gain more experience I moved to the maritimes in New Brunswick and worked with a lot of Fresh produce and fresh catch. After that I lived in Montreal for about 2 years working at fine dining places and gaining more experience and learning very diverse flavour profiles.
