My hometown is Hong Kong, where food like East meets West. Food infusion and creation are always my passion and challenge.
I am now a freelance chef, after 7 years of work in my own restaurant, I close it down and come to Canada. I graduated from culinary school in Toronto. I'd love to share my food experience and taste with people in Canada. I am familiar with Asian food, such as Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, etc. However, I do cook north american food as well, I am trying and learning more and more, and I wish I will have my restaurant again in Toronto.
