I am a professional chef with over 10 years experience in fine dining. I love to cook using local and seasonal ingredients and have a broad range of cuisine specialties from Asian and Italian to classical French. I am adept at vegetarian, vegan and gluten free cuisine. I am also the owner of a food truck (vintage camper style) called Café Glendette that can be used for catering events in the summer.

Hayley was incredible. Everything about this experience was wonderful. She was punctual, sweet, polite, efficient, discreet, clean, elegant and extremely talented. The menu was excellent and executed perfectly. She prepared the most delicious menu and was so thoughtful about including seasonal ingredients. The food was always served hot with a beautiful presentation and explanation behind every serving. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely book her for other special occasions.

Chef Hayley was fantastic. We booked her for three breakfasts and three dinners for a group of eight. Once we agreed on a fee, she was very communicative and open to customizing the menu to suit our needs. She did all the necessary groceries in advance. During the trip, she was always there on time, very professional, prepared delicious food and did all serving and cleanup. She's also very cool! She definitely enhanced our overall experience. I'd highly recommend her and Take A Chef.

We really enjoyed the dinner Chef Hayley made for us! Each course was delicious and had a variety of interesting flavours and textures. She was very polite and professional and I think she left the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived.

Our family loved our experience with our Chef Hayley. Her cavatelli pasta dish was hands on top 3 we’ve all ever had. And we’re from Italy so that says a lot ! Everything else she served was incredible as well.

Chef Hayley was phenomenal. There was a giant storm that took down all the electricity but she still drove through the storm to make it and cook us a 4 course meal without the use of the stove! She was flexible and made it on the barbecue and served dinner by candle light. I would highly recommend Hayley and would definitely love to have her again.
