I love being with family and friends seating at at table enjoying good food and great conversations. I'm proud being a chef and passionate about food!
Born right into hospitality at my parents Hotel high up in the Austrian Alps. I started my career with 14 years of age in one of the top 10 Hotels in Austria. After I became a red seal chef I worked at the Vienna Hilton and other prestigious Hotels in Austria. In 1990 I took on a headchef position working for the Brewster family in the Bow Valley. Over the course of 34 years I worked in numerous Hotels and restaurants in western Canada. I owned and operated 3 businesses. I'm a proud father of two children and husband of 28 years.
I'm a member of ccfcc Calgary branch.
Hiking/ mountaineering in the Rockies is my all time favorite activity.
