Gurjyote Singh Sethi, Canadian Red Seal Chef with over 20 years of Culinary Experience, Currently operating Catering company GJ’S Kitchen south Vancouver.,BC.. He had been associated with leading hotels in India, The Hyatt Regency New Delhi, Marriott Welcome Hotel, Crown Plaza Gurgaon by (IHG), and Aman Resorts New Delhi, The Claridges Surajkund and Vivanta by Taj at Surajkund. Fairmont ( Hotel Vancouver).

With my culinary experience I got chance to cook for the Defence Minister of Canada( Jason Kenny) Multicultural Minister ( Tim Uppal) ,Minister for Child and Women Development.

Had the opportunity to be part of the sponsors with the Dhahan Gala Awards and, The Child Development Center to name a few.

A Graduate from Bachelor of Arts and IHM Pusa New Delhi passed out.

Started my culinary journey as Kitchen Trainee with the Hyatt Regency New Delhi in 1999 , while pursuing my Culinary Diploma. Having the interest in Indian Kitchen spent major training time with specialty Indian Restaurant, having a strong hand in Tandoor ( Indian Clay oven). Being encouraged by winning, The Chef of Year 2nd Prize, and certificate of appreciation the same year, having the interest in exploring my culinary Horizon , was given an opportunity to be trained in the Trained in specialty kitchens Italian, Sushi, Tapanyaki, Mediterranean, European, Asian, Regional Indian, Baking, Commissary.

During my tenure as a Chef in New Delhi India I got the opportunity to cook for Honorable Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi , Minister for Road Transport Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Bollywood Stars and Directors , The German Ambasador along with Zuben Metha
