I began my culinary journey at 14, learning to prepare food in a local restaurant in my hometown of Siderno, Calabria, while attending culinary school. By 18, I ventured into North Italy, gaining experience in hotels across Emilia Romagna and Piemonte. In 2019, I embraced in Toronto, working as a head chef. During this time, I also founded 'The Tiramisu Guy,' where I craft artisanal tiramisu with a modern twist, sharing this beloved Italian dessert with the local community. Today, I am dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Italy, made from scratch, to your table. For me, food is more than nourishment—it's an experience to share with loved ones, a way to create memories, and a celebration of culture.
