I am grill chef, with competence in African and Mediterranean cuisine. In love with the art of red and blue flames.
A professional chef originally from Nigeria but lived in the Mediterranean country of Cyprus for 10 years where I learnt and worked extensively for over 7 years of as a grill chef in various restaurants ( four seasons, Suyaguy & Habibi cafe and lounge). Dedicated to satisfying the tastebuds with tantalising grill dishes from Africa to the Mediterranean style cuisines.
