My journey in the kitchen began 15 years ago when I graduated from school, motivated by the food my grandmother cooked and her passion for serving, I decided to study gastronomy at the Universidad de la Sabana in Bogota. I have had the opportunity to work and learn in several restaurants in Colombia, Spain and Canada, the country where I currently live. Being a chef has given me a way to be happy, independent and a dreamer.
