I’m Adventurous, Daring, Enthusiastic and love to cook simple yet delicious food..
Born and raised in the Philippines. I’ve been cooking for almost 20 yrs. I specialize in South East Asian Cuisine and Western Cuisine. I came to Canada in 2011 and became a Canadian Citizen. Working in various restaurants around Halifax Peninsula has given me the opportunity to demonstrate and enhance my knowledge in cooking. I am a Certified Red Seal Chef. I am currently working with the Canadian Forces as a Catering Supervisor. Back in 2008 - 2011, I was a Private Villa Chef in one of the prestigious Hotel and Beach Resorts in the Turks & Caicos Island, Amanyara Hotel & Beach Resort. The resort is a well known celebrity hide out where people spend Tens of thousands of dollars a night.
