I am a professional chef/ pastry chef. Yes that includes all things chocolate. Graduated in 2015 from Humber College in Baking and Pastry Arts MGMT and since then I have been lucky to work alongside some wonderfully talented humans. I like to meet new challenges and constantly be learning.
