I am a professional chef with 25 years of experience. I studied culinary school in Korce, Albania. I moved in Canada three years ago and I want to continue and do what I'm passionate about doing wich is without a doubt cooking. I assure you that every dish is made full of passion and care. I always consider my costumers as if they were part of my family so I put my heart in every recipe I do.
