Hey, my name is Ethan Leal and I'm a cook. I have 6 years of professional restaurant experience working in some really great kitchens alongside some amazing chefs and cooks. I spent the past 6 years cooking in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver. Most notably I was sous chef at Montreal’s Garde Manger and the tournant chef for Toronto's Tavern Bernhardt’s. I love to cook with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. I take inspiration from Montreal's dining scene and use french techniques in many of my dishes. When creating dishes I first take a fine dining approach but then bring the dish to a level everyone can understand and enjoy. I am extremely devoted to my craft and love every minute I get to be in the kitchen.
