I am a professional chef with 15 years experience in the culinary world. A red seal certified Camosun College alumni. I've worked at a number of notable local restaurants over the years and have done numerous pop-ups and events. From multi-course dinners to canape receptions, family style feasts and weddings. I've also been the VIP chef at Victoria's ska and reggae festival for a number of years. When I'm not cooking, I spend time foraging wild ingredients and growing food in my garden. I strive to create memorable experiences for you and your guests.
