I am passionate, organized and creative. I'm a perfectionist and strive for the best quality and my food is delicious as well as beautiful to look at.
I've been cooking for 11 years and have been in the culinary industry for 7 years. I was able to compete on a TV show called Chopped Canada and I won the first ever Chopped Canada Teen Tournament, that experience made me realize that I wanted to do something in the culinary industry. I have worked in some of the best restaurants in Montreal, such as Graziella, Park Restaurant, Signé Toqué Group By Normand Laprise, to name a few. I am also a culinary instructor at the Leonardo Da Vinci Centre. Food has long been a true passion of mine. Travelling helped me learn so much about food and inspires me to be completely creative when creating my menus.
