I am 27 professional cook with mor than 6 years of experiences, I graduated from Hospitality school in my hometown in Italy, in these 5 years I have studied and learned new techniques and knowledge, and increased my passion for cooking.
In those years i also participated in various competition and i a have won some .
After studies i worked in a restaurant in Rimini( Italy), after that i moved here in Canada and i started working in a Italian restaurant called La Bettola di Terroni where i still working as a Sous Chef.
