Chef Doug Frawley

I have been cooking for 10 years now for some of the best chefs in the country. I graduated from the Stratford Chefs School with Honours and embarked on my culinary journey in Toronto. I have worked at a number of notable restaurants that have expanded my range of flavours and helped me grow as a leader. I'm not bound by any one cuisine, but if I had to describe myself it would be French technique with the soul of an Italian. Delicious, simple flavours guided by what's in season with a meticulous eye for preparation and food safety. I want to make people feel like they're having the very best home cooked meal they've ever had.
