Born and raised in Italy where I lived for 22 years. After that I moved to the Netherlands and lived there for 22 years. Now I'm in Canada. I've always worked as a chef, food is my passion but being creative with ingredients is my goal. I love to create "weird" dishes that no one expects. Desserts are my specialty and of course Italian cuisine.
