Chef David O'reilly

I grew up in Ireland and had my first taste of exceptional food during family camping trips to France. Since then, I've cultivated a deep appreciation for all things French and culinary. With over 20 years of professional cooking experience, I've had the privilege of working in some of the world's most picturesque locations, creating unique dining experiences for the rich and famous!

My culinary journey has taken me to private chalets across the Alps, luxurious villas along the Cote d'Azur, and several years aboard private yachts in diverse locales such as the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Baltic Sea, and even as far as the Maldives. During our 5-year stint in Berlin, my wife and I successfully ran a supper club that eventually evolved into a restaurant.

For the past 8 years, we resided in Toronto, where I worked full-time for a family. As their private chef, I cooked for them and organised parties at their various properties in Muskoka, Toronto, the Bahamas, as well as at their vacation rentals across Europe and the US. Along the way, I've also worked in high-end restaurants and pursued culinary experiences through 'stages' whenever possible.

Recently, my wife and I made the move to her hometown of Edmonton, seeking a bit more stability and less travel. I am eager to continue my career as a private chef, bringing the flavors of my diverse culinary journey to your table. I look forward to creating memorable dining experiences right here in Edmonton.
