My love for food started from a very young age, like most chefs was immersed in cultural celebrations all revolving around amazing food. After training at both George Brown and Humber college plus my 17 years in the industry wanted to find a path where can serve authentic Jamaican dishes with a modern flair. look forward to sharing my culinary journey with you.
