Passionate about for as long as I remember, I will never stop wanting more.
I’ve been working in a kitchen since I was 13 years old. I started off as a caterer and I worked in a microbrewery, a bakery and I am now a chef pizzaiolo. I am very passionate about cooking. I love to use my creativity in what I make. And I love to put a smile on people’s face when they try my food for the first time. I am young and I have a lot of energy but that also means I still have so much stuff to learn but I think it’s something positive.
