Cooking has always been a huge passion of mine. I made a complete shift of career from being a branding consultant to a full-time chef. I created a very successful restaurant (rated one of four best vegetarian restaurants in the South of France – Magazine Le Point, Petit Futé, Lonely Planet, Three Best Rated, Restaurant Guru, Hello Riviera, and certificate of excellence Trip Advisor yearly since 2021). I also published a soup cooking book in 2021 that sold out in 2 months.
I moved to Toronto few months ago for a new culinary adventure! while creating a new cookbook that should be out end of spring.
