Hi! My name is Danielle. I have completed a three year culinary apprenticeship program while working at The Banff Springs Hotel and obtained my red seal. I have worked in many different places across Canada and the UK. I spent five years living in Edinburgh while learning valuable knowledge through the kitchens I cooked in. Chef Dani was absolutely incredible. She was super engaging with our entire family during the cooking process, insanely flexible with menu options, wickedly great food and a 100% impeccable service. Would recommend her to ANY of our friends and family

Such a wonderful experience. Having the private chef take care of the groceries, cooking and cleanup allowed us to focus on our evening! I can't wait to book again :)
