Chef Daniel Obeng

I am Chef Daniel Obeng, with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in various kitchens and honing my craft, which has led me to become a faculty member where I now teach and mentor aspiring chefs. I love this industry because it allows me to be creative, push boundaries, and continuously learn. Most importantly, cooking brings people together, and I’m passionate about sharing that joy with others, whether through my food or by guiding the next generation of chefs.
