Professional Chef with 12 years of experience in the culinary industry. I started my journey in a fast food restaurant, eventually moving on to becoming a dishwasher at a little restaurant to working my way up from prep cook to, chef de partie, and becoming an executive sous chef with my own kitchen. I was then hired in a corporate and commercial style establishment to do banquets (ex, weddings with aprrox 200 guests avg) and run a restaurant as well as their main Chef. My experience and my love for food has gotten me every culinary opportunity, and I am very confident to be venturing on my own and sharing my food and experience with you.

Cooking is just not eating with the mouth, your food must engage all 5 of your senses, if tis really good it might even engage your sixth

I learned to cook at...

The earliest stages were in a kitchen with my mother, then a bunch of different cuisines starting with fast food and moving on to high scale dining.

A cooking secret...

Extra care, and lots of love, nothing beats love. But also I use correct spices, ingredients and make sure the food tastes good.
