Through my creations, I invite you to discover the best of France and Mediterranean cuisine, without leaving home! My speciality? Aïoli provençal (gold medal) and bouillabaisse!

Throughout my life, I've strived to improve my creations to offer the very best to my guests.

For example, I set up a successful cookie and confectionery business, but I've also had the honor of working in gourmet restaurants and five-star hotels.
