I have been cooking for 11 years, started cooking at 13 years old due to a family buisness. Discovered I have a passion for cooking and pursued it by going to Culinary school, Institut de Tourism du Quebec. Studied 2 years of Italian cuisine as well as pastry, worked in Italy for a few months, Alberta, Lake Louise, Montreal, Toronto. I am always looking to push myself into learning and growing more.
