(I am 34 years old )As a teenager growing up my first job was in a restaurant and I never really got out of the business other then a 1 year stint a the bank in order to improve my customer service skills. From working at over 12 different restaurant and different styles of cuisine, taking the good and leaving out the Bad I managed to mold myself into the Chef I am today. Awesome doesn't fully capture the true experience with Chef Mike. Honestly some of the best tasting food I've had. My entire group which included a personal chef were thoroughly impressed with the superb taste, quality, and presentation of the food. Chef Mike was engaging, polite, punctual, and professionally apart of our dining experience. The only downside to this entire experience would be we couldn't bring him back to the United States with us. Highly recommend his services and his gifts of food taste and presentation.
